THE SPANIARD BEHIND RINGS

RINGS trailer was released yesterday and it became a kind of success. This news episode of the famous saga is being directed by a Spaniard called F. Javier Gutierrez. He has previously directed two shorts, one of the included in  Diminutos del calvario a feature made of twelve short films lasting a minute and shot in one sequence, the other is called Brasil and was released  in 2002. He has also worked as aproducer and in 2001 his own Film Production Company: Dr. T Producciones Cinematograficas, S.L.

If we take a look at his filmography we realise he was out of the cinema industry since 2008 when he made TRES DÍAS till RINGS…. Why? We will try to find out if we have the chance!! Now, we wanna know if he is giving the Spanish touch to this franchise….
